QuantPivot is an AI-powered business model advisory platform that provides:

  • Pricing strategy suggestions

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Free Plan: Limited to 5 analyses per month with basic features.

Pro Plan ($20/month): Unlimited analyses with comprehensive reports and full features.

Payments are processed securely. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated methods to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE RECOMMENDATIONS AND INSIGHTS PROVIDED BY QUANTPIVOT ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. SparkQuantAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
